Order Processing
After you’ve successfully placed your order, our warehouse will dispatch it as swiftly as possible. Please note that during holiday seasons, Black Friday week, or similar events, there might be an extended order processing time for all orders.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, we will promptly dispatch it and entrust it to our couriers. Currently, our estimated delivery time is approximately 10-13 business days. However, please be aware that local factors, including holiday seasons such as Christmas, may occasionally lead to delivery delays. These circumstances are beyond our control, which is why our delivery times are expected but not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Parcel
We will always send you an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready for dispatch.
